Shipping Processing Times

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

If your order contains a large number of personalised items, then this may also require additional days to process. We will contact you to discuss this to ensure this is acceptable.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Shipment cost: a £3.50 fee for all orders, regardless of size or quantity.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24

Shipment cost: a £4.50 fee for all orders, regardless of size or quantity.

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

Please allow time for dispatch and delivery of your order when estimating when your order will arrive. For example, most orders are dispatched in 2-3 business days so if you choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 your order will be delivered in 5-8 business days.

Express Delivery

Should you require your order urgently, then please get in touch. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Local Delivery: CW11 Postcodes Only

We deliver locally free of charge. This option will become available once you enter your postcode on the checkout.

Free Shipping Codes

We may, from time to time, offer free shipping codes. These offers can be withdrawn at any time. Free shipping codes are limited to one per customer, unless otherwise stated. If we suspect a code is being misused then we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and cancel your order.
