How do I know I can trust you?
Sweet Caroline's Cards & Gifts is a UK-based business and all items are personalised and dispatched from the UK.
We've been operating on Etsy since 2019, achieving Star Seller status and started our own online store in 2023 due to spiralling costs on seller platforms.
This way, we can offer you the very best prices.
I've got an idea for a greetings card - can you help?
Yes - we love getting bespoke requests for new card designs. Please get in touch to discuss your idea and we'll do our best to bring it to life.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Not at the moment - we're an online only business. If you'd like further information regarding any of our products before purchasing then please contact us. We'd be happy to help.
Delivery
Answers to questions about delivery and shipping. You can also read our shipping policy.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched in 2-3 working days and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should receive your order in 3-5 working days.
You can speed up delivery by choosing Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the checkout. Please still allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.
For large orders and detailed handmade cards, please allow extra time for dispatch.
Should you require your order urgently, then please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail tracked services for all our deliveries.
At the checkout you can choose either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Can you get my order to me quicker?
Usually, yes. But please contact us before placing the order to avoid disappointment.
We cannot guarantee fulfilling requests after the order has been placed.
Personalisation

How do I tell you how to personalise my item?
You can tell us how you want your item personalised using the text and option boxes on the product pages.
If you have a particular request which won't fit within the boxes then please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
Will you correct errors in my personalisation?
We will do our best to pick up errors in personalisation requests, however it may not always be obvious to us. And we cannot guarantee we will pick it up.
It is your responsibility to make sure you're happy with the personalisation at the time of order.
If you think you've made an error, then please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund personalised items that have already gone to print.
I have a large order - how can I send you all the personalisations?
For large orders, we can accept personalisations by email. Please contact us to arrange purchase and personalisation of your order.
Will you accept rude or offensive personalisation requests?
Stag or hen do by any chance? We're happy to add whatever personalisation you want. Just don't blame us if the airline won't let you on because you're luggage handle cover is offensive!
Can you put my company logo on an item?
Yes, in most cases this is possible. Please get in touch before ordering so we can discuss your specific requirements.
Luggage Handle Covers
Our luggage handle covers are so popular, they deserve a section of their own.
How do the luggage handle covers stay on?
The covers wrap round your luggage handle and secure in place with velcro.
Can I request a different text colour?
Yes! Use the text colour options on the product page to tell us what colour you'd like. We'll do our best to match the colour you've requested. If we can't match it, then we'll let you know before completing your order.
Can I order a mix of colours?
Yes, of course. We think that's best! There are 13 bright colours to choose from and we'd love for you to try out more than one!
Will I get the multi-buy discount if I order different colours and names?
Yes! You can order any mix of colours and names - the mutli-buy discount will be applied automatically to your basket.
When ordering several luggage handle covers with different names, add them one at a time to the basket.
How do I order luggage handle covers with different names?
Add the luggage handle covers to the basket one at a time, customising the name, cover colour and text colour as you go. The multi-buy discount will be applied automatically to the basket.
