When will my order ship?

Most personalised orders are sent out in 2–3 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are currently sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically arrives within 24 hours of dispatch. However, delivery may take a little longer during peak periods.

What’s the last order date for Christmas delivery?

We recommend ordering by 4pm on Friday 19th December for the best chance of Christmas delivery.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (our only available postage option). While this service is usually quick, delivery before Christmas cant be guaranteed, as timings are dependent on Royal Mail.

Can you deliver directly to the recipient?

Yes - use their address as the delivery address at checkout. We don’t include pricing in the parcel. Make sure you use your own address for billing.

Do you offer gift notes or messaging?

Yes - add a short message at checkout and we’ll include it neatly with your order.

Can I make a change after ordering (e.g. name or date)?

If we haven’t started production, we’ll do our best. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

Do you offer bulk orders for parties or offices?

Yes. For 20+ items, get in touch for lead times and pricing. We recommend ordering earlier in December.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We’ll help track it with the courier. Please allow for seasonal delays - contact us if it hasn’t arrived 2 working days after dispatch.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll fix it. Email a photo and your order number and we’ll sort a replacement as quickly as possible.
