Christmas Delivery & FAQs

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and personalisation this festive season.

When will my order ship?

Most personalised orders are sent out in 2–3 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery (Tracked 48) is typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express options (Tracked 24) are faster. Couriers can be busier in December.

What’s the last order date for Christmas delivery?

We’ll publish final dates here once confirmed. As a guide, aim to order at least 10–12 days before Christmas for standard delivery. For express, you’ll have a few extra days - details to follow.

Can you deliver directly to the recipient?

Yes - use their address as the delivery address at checkout. We don’t include pricing in the parcel. Make sure you use your own address for billing.

Do you offer gift notes or messaging?

Yes - add a short message at checkout and we’ll include it neatly with your order.

Can I make a change after ordering (e.g. name or date)?

If we haven’t started production, we’ll do our best. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

Do you offer bulk orders for parties or offices?

Yes. For 20+ items, get in touch for lead times and pricing. We recommend ordering earlier in December.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We’ll help track it with the courier. Please allow for seasonal delays - contact us if it hasn’t arrived 5 working days after dispatch (or 2 working days for express).

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll fix it. Email a photo and your order number and we’ll sort a replacement as quickly as possible.
