  • How do I know I can trust you?
    Sweet Caroline's Cards & Gifts has been operating on Etsy for over 5 years, achieving Star Seller status. We started our own online store due to spiralling costs on seller platforms. This way, we can offer you the very best prices.
  • I've got an idea for a greetings card - can you help?
    Yes - we love getting bespoke requests for new card designs. Please get in touch to discuss your idea and we'll do our best to bring it to life.
  • Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
    Not at the moment - we're an online only business. If you'd like further information regarding any of our products before purchasing then please contact us. We'd be happy to help.
  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    Orders are usually dispatched the next working day and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should receive it in 2-3 working days. For large orders, please allow extra time for dispatch. Should you require your order urgently, then please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
  • What delivery service do you use?
    All orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so most arrive in 2-3 working days.
  • Can you get my order to me quicker?
    If you need your order delivered urgently then please contact us before placing the order. We cannot guarantee fulfilling requests after the order has been placed.
  • How do I tell you how to personalise my item?
    You can tell us how you want your item personalised using the text and option boxes on the product pages. If you have a particular request which won't fit within the boxes then please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
  • Will you correct errors in my personalisation?
    We will do our best to pick up errors in personalisation requests, however it may not always be obvious to us. And we cannot guarantee we will pick it up. It is your responsibility to make sure you're happy with the personalisation at the time of order. If you think you've made an error, then please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund personalised items that have already gone to print.
  • I have a large order - how can I send you all the personalisations?
    For large orders, we can accept personalisations by email. Please contact us to arrange purchase and personalisation of your order.
  • Will you accept rude or offensive personalisation requests?
    Stag or hen do by any chance? We're happy to add whatever personalisation you want. Just don't blame us if the airline won't let you on because you're luggage handle cover is offensive!
  • How do the luggage handle covers stay on?
    The covers wrap round your luggage handle and secure in place with velcro.
  • Can I request a different text colour?
    Yes! Use the text colour box on the product page to tell us what colour you'd like. We'll do our best to match the colour you've requested. If we can't match it, then we'll let you know before completing your order. If you don't specify a text colour, then we'll use white as we think that looks the best!
  • Can I order a mix of colours?
    Yes, of course. We think that's best! There are 12 bright colours to choose from and we'd love for you to try out more than one!
